Eb
Eb is the middle province of Thebaz Isle. It is often called the "Neutral Third", due to the prevalence of evil people living in Th, and the common idea that good people inhabit Az. In fact, Eb is considered to be many to be equivalent to Nomad's Land - a place where people who don't fit in anywhere else to go and live, regardless of alignment. As a result of this, the population of Eb is less than one-half fairy, though they are still the most common race by far. (the rest of the population being roughly equally split into the 9 other races, with a significant halfling population.)
It is split into 13 different provinces. Though technically they are under the law of Thebaz Isle as a whole, these provinces are treated by some as individual kingdoms, many with their own monarchs and laws.
